Welcome to our shipping & returns FAQ'S page where you will find precious information regarding shipping details and product replacements.

 

ORDERS

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay through all Credit Cards, Paypal and Bank Transfer. Apple pay and Google pay are now enabled too. Currently we don't accept payments upon delivery.

Once confirmed the order, can I still change the product/s?

Sure, it happens to change your mind :) We can edit your order as far as we get notified the soonest (ideally within the day your order is placed as we process and give goods to the shipper within 24H, usually 8am of the day after).

Text us at support@bowlpros.com letting us know what you wish to edit and your order number.

If the package is already shipped there is not much we can do then.

Can I cancel my order after it's confirmed?

Yes you can as far as you notify us at support@bowlpros.com before we process and give it to the shipping courier at 8am of the day after (usually orders get dispatched within 24H). 

If the package is already shipped there is not much we can do to cancel it, if you really don't want it you will have to ship it back to us and we will fully refund the products cost.

In my package there is something wrong / missing

We are humans behind the brand and it may occur to do a mistake. No worries about that, please contact us at support@bowlpros.com and let us know: order number, products missing and please attach a picture of what you received. We will send you a new package with the items missing or a refund straight away.

 

SHIPPING

Cost and Delivery time

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above 59€

Shipping cost on orders below 59€ ranges, depending on your country, between 5.9€ and 9.9€

    We ship with UPS & DPD and the delivery time is usually 3-5 days

    All our orders are processed within 24h and dispatched at 8am the day after the order is placed

    Which countries do you ship to?

    We currently only ship to: Germany and Spain. If you live in Italy please visit www.bowlpros.com

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order is dispatched a tracking code is assigned to it. With this tracking code you can monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

    Usually the tracking code is activated 24h after your shipping confirmation, using the link we will send you through email.

    Can I change the shipping address?

    Yes you can as far as you notify us at support@bowlpros.com before we process and give it to the shipping courier at 8am of the day after (usually orders get dispatched within 24H). 

    If the package is already shipped you can still edit the address by getting in touch with the courier directly.

    What if I wasn't available for the delivery?

    No worries, the courier will try to make a second delivery 

     

    RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

    I received a damaged product

    Shipping couriers can be rough, and as we want to make sure you get what you ordered, we can issue with a replacement or provide you with credit for the damaged items.

    Please contact us at support@bowlpros.com for assistance over this topic with a text containing: order number, a pic of the damaged item and inform us if you want a replacement or refund for it.

    Please note that we can only replace/refund items that arrive broken and have not been used from you. For this reason please contact us straight after you receive your package. 

    Which is you refunding policy?

    We refund / replace items at our expenses that arrive damaged and have not been used for the first 14 days after the package is received.

    If an item has been used we will not refund / replace it.

    If you want to replace or ask for a refund for an item you don't like you will just have to ship it to us and let us know what you aim for (refund or replacement), In this case shipping costs for returning the item will be on you.

     

    DISCOUNT CODE AND PROMOTIONS

    How do I get my welcome discount?

    You just have to subscribe to our newsletter, that btw is an awesome move by itself, and you will get an email with the code. Check your spam as sometimes it may end up there.

    I have a discount code, where can I add it to get the discount?

    Sweet, that's something to not miss. In the last phase of the check out there is a box where you can add the code and it will automatically discount your order. Remember to add it before paying.

    Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

    No you can just use one code at a time.

     

    GIFTS & GIFT CARD MESSAGES

    How can I add a gift card message to the package?

    We are working on it, soon we will update this section.

    Will there be and invoice or receipt in the package?

    As many of our clients like sending presents directly to the receiver we don't add a receipt in the package. We just send a confirmation email to you will all the details of the order.
